#365-EXH Career Series:  Gallup® StrengthsFinder Coaching - Applying Your Strengths to Build Productive Teams - Group Session

**Prerequisite:  Career Series:  Gallup® StrengthsFinder Introductory Session #324GC; Completed Assessment**

Decades of research have proven that when people are given the opportunity to do what they do best every day, the effect on the individual, team, and organizational performance is powerful. The problem is that most people aren’t able to accurately identify their own strengths and therefore can’t intentionally use them.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn more about the research behind a strengths-based approach to leadership and management.  Using your personal assessment, you will be able to:

  • Identify how you use your innate talents and learn how to focus on your strengths in a weakness-based world.
  • Learn what you bring to a team and where to form complementary partnerships to be more effective.
  • Learn what your strengths look like when overdone and how they might prevent you from getting what you want.
  • Discover what the four domains of leadership tell you about the types of jobs you’ll do well in and how to take your career to the next level.

Group sessions are offered at the following dates/times in the Playground area:

#430-EXH Sunday, 29 October, 1:30-2:20pm
#431-EXH Sunday, 29 October, 3:00-3:50pm
