This interactive workshop is limited to 50 participants on a first come, first serve basis and will provide an opportunity to practice useful skills to strengthen your PM toolkit.
While business objectives are not conceptually very complicated, they are one of the hardest assets to identify and document well. Further, once they are written, they are often shelved for the duration of the project. This hands-on workshop will help you draft business objectives models for your own project or for a case study. We will work together to show you how to quantify the value of individual features against the business objectives for prioritizing your requirements or backlogs.
At the conclusion of this hands-on lab, participants should be able to:
- Write business objectives in a business objectives model format and quantifying the value of the features to help prioritize them.
