This case study explores how Mayo Clinic's Center for Regenerative Medicine is partnering with the institution’s enterprise portfolio management office (EPMO) to successfully build a PMO to execute its business strategy. We will share the center’s journey to form a department project office that is aligned with enterprise standards and processes and tools—with an additional focus on business processes unique to the center.
