#352 PM Booster Pack: Bringing "Sully" to Simulation for Hiring and Experience Acceleration
Project management (PM) simulators accelerate the experience evolution for corporate leaders and staff. Previously, leaders resolved complex problems with decisions based on experience, intuition, and luck. Now, simulators guide hiring decisions and accelerate experience by maximizing trade-off solutions on the job. This is evidenced by the airline industry and demonstrated in the movie Sully, where the pilot saved hundreds of lives. Like pilots, simulators help business leaders and project managers reduce decision cycles for success!

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the simulator filters for hiring and experience that maximize project decision making in a low-cost, high-impact environment.
  • Describe how to grow business opportunities and control by maximizing ROI through project management simulators that accelerate hiring and maturity.
