PowerPoint isn't the problem. The problem is that we use it as a verbal tool and not as a visual tool. Communicating visually is much more effective. Our minds assimilate visual information more readily. The conclusions we draw are more immediate, more compelling, and more enduring. The principles of visual communication are easily learned and easily applied. It's time to move away from bullet points, words, and numbers, and exploit the power of the image.
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Explain the value of and effectively apply the principles of visual communication in all project communications.
- Describe how to manage projects more successfullyby exploiting the principles of visual communication and the power of the image.
