This workshop leverages your existing knowledge of the Tuckman Stages of a Team and pairs it with the basic improv tenets to provide a robust platform for facilitation methods with teams. We will be leveraging games to shine a light on common team dynamics and to enhance or break those patterns to create a healthier and happier team environment.
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
- Describe the stages of team formation through improv exercises.
- Describe productive team patterns and how to keep those patterns going.
