#424 Leadership Lessons We May Have Learned - But Might Have Forgotten
Leadership lessons have been taught for decades, but why are projects still failing to meet business objectives? Why are teams globally still realizing team members are disengaged? Have you experienced challenges getting a project team motivated and productive? Are you looking for some new perspectives on old leadership lessons to get your project team going? We will share concepts that we may have learned, but might have forgotten.

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize new perspectives on old leadership lessons to apply directly to project teams.
  • Apply these leadership concepts with project teams to increase engagement and project outcomes.
